1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day gym operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when required
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
2. Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate fitness trainers and support staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture
3. Member Experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Implement initiatives to improve member retention and experience
- Monitor service quality and continuously improve standards
4. Sales & Revenue
- Support membership sales and achieve revenue targets
- Develop strategies to increase memberships and personal training revenue
- Monitor daily/monthly sales performance and prepare reports
- Upsell fitness programs, personal training, and packages
5. Financial & Administrative Control
- Manage budgets, expenses, and operational costs
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Maintain records of memberships, attendance, and staff data
- Coordinate with HR and finance for payroll and compliance
6. Marketing & Promotions
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Organize fitness events, challenges, and engagement programs
- Collaborate with marketing teams to increase brand visibility
Additional Requirement
- European or American nationalities preferred
