About the Role
A leading Dubai-based luxury lifestyle group seeks a proactive Fitness Centre Manager to launch and operate a new premium fitness facility. Responsibilities include team building, commercial growth, vendor management, and member experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead setup and day to day operations of a new fitness facility and swimming pool area
- Own vendor and equipment relationships, ensuring maintenance and compliance
- Implement health & safety procedures and operational policies
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of personal trainers, instructors, and fitness staff
- Take ownership of personal training revenue, membership growth, and retention
- Develop and launch fitness programs, wellness initiatives, and member events
- Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue performance for a new P&L
- Manage third party wellness partners and negotiate commercial terms
- Define and deliver a premium, personalised member experience
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE / NASM / ACE or equivalent)
- CPR, First Aid & AED certification
- 3 5+ years in the fitness industry including supervisory or management role
- Experience in premium gym, leisure club, or hospitality environment strongly preferred
- Degree in Sports Science, Fitness, or Kinesiology (desirable)
- Commercially minded with ability to own revenue targets
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

The Opportunity
- Newly created role supporting the launch of a fitness and wellness extension within a premium leisure destination
- Instrumental in setting up operations, building the team, and driving commercial success from the earliest days
What You'll Own
- Lead setup and day to day operations of a new fitness facility and swimming pool area
- Own vendor and equipment relationships, ensuring maintenance and compliance

- Set performance culture with KPIs, service standards, and team development
- Take full ownership of personal training revenue, membership growth, and retention
- Develop and launch fitness programs, wellness initiatives, and member events
- Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue performance for a brand new P&L
- Manage third party wellness partners, negotiating commercial terms
- Define and deliver a premium, personalised member experience
What You Bring
