Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing suitable fitness products and accessories
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers
- Maintain excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Support day-to-day store operations including billing, stock arrangement, and inventory checks
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions professionally
- Support promotional activities, offers, and in-store campaigns
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Coordinate with store management regarding stock availability and replenishment
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, fitness stores, sports retail, or customer service is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in fitness, gym equipment, supplements, or wellness products is an advantage
