- 8–10 years of experience in high-end fit-out and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing works, including architectural finishes and interior fit-outs.
- Expert ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Proven experience in coordinating architectural and MEP works.
- Strong site supervision, quality control, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all finishing works on site.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor subcontractors and site workforce productivity.
- Conduct inspections and rectify finishing defects.
- Ensure project timelines and quality requirements are achieved.
