- Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays or fulfilment issues
- Maintain fulfilment dashboards, reports, and documentation
- Support invoice verification, order reconciliation, and record management

- 1–3 years of experience in fulfilment, operations coordination, logistics, customer support, or related functions
- Good communication and organizational skills
