Responsibilities
- Supervise daily joinery and fit out activities at the project site
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
- Track project progress and report site updates to management
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
- Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation
- Support project handover and rectification activities when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit out materials, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Good leadership and team supervision skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation
