Role Overview
Manage and deliver interior fit-out projects from initial planning through final handover.
The role requires independent management of site execution, subcontractors, consultants, clients, procurement, quality, cost, and schedules.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit-out projects from mobilization through final handover.
- Plan and monitor fit-out activities to meet schedule and budget targets.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material submittals, and project requirements.
Site and Technical Works
- Manage civil, architectural, joinery, ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
- Prepare project schedules, work programs, manpower requirements, and site progress updates.
- Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Monitor subcontractor performance against approved drawings and specifications.
Commercial and Handover Duties
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
