Role Overview
Lead the complete estimation and tendering process for Oil & Gas projects from initial tender review through final commercial submission.
The role requires strong UAE Oil & Gas experience, including proven ADNOC and Habshan-area project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Review ITB/RFQ documents, tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, scopes of work, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, rate build-ups, and tender pricing.
- Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, plant, subcontractors, and direct and indirect costs.
- Analyze construction methodology, productivity, equipment requirements, and schedules.
- Evaluate supplier, vendor, and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Construction, and Commercial teams.
- Identify risks, qualifications, exclusions, and assumptions.
- Prepare clarifications and participate in technical and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare cost summaries and tender recommendations.
- Maintain market rates and historical cost databases.
- Submit competitive and commercially viable tenders within deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
