Service & Maintenance
- Perform inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25 and local codes.
- Conduct flow tests, main drain tests, valve inspections, and visual checks of system components.
- Service and repair wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
- Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or upgrades.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Respond to emergency service calls for fire sprinkler system leaks, alarms, or malfunctions.
- Locate and repair leaks, replace defective valves, heads, or piping.
- Work independently or as part of a team to resolve service issues promptly.
Customer Service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding system status, repairs, and maintenance needs.
- Provide written service reports and explain inspection results to customers.
- Recommend improvements or system modifications when appropriate.
Compliance & Documentation
- Complete all inspection forms, service tickets, and deficiency reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, state and local codes, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) when required for testing and approvals.
