We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fire Life Safety Engineer to oversee Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems, compliance, inspections, and operational safety requirements within a large-scale industrial and facilities environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee performance, maintenance, and compliance of Fire Life Safety systems across facilities
- Monitor installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defense regulations and NFPA standards
- Conduct site inspections to verify operational readiness and system performance
- Coordinate Civil Defense approvals, submissions, and inspections
- Support fire evacuation planning and building safety procedures
- Monitor contractors and service providers responsible for FLS systems
- Support AMC scope development and technical evaluations
- Identify operational risks and recommend improvement initiatives
- Maintain technical records, preventive maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation
- Prepare technical reports and provide recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire Life Safety Engineering or Fire Protection Systems
- **Strong knowledge of:**
• UAE Fire & Life Safety Code
- NFPA Standards
- Civil Defense approval processes
- Facilities Management and infrastructure systems
- Experience in industrial, facilities management, infrastructure, or high-risk operational environments preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination skills
- Candidates must currently be available in Dubai/UAE
- Ready to relocate to Dubai Industrial City
- Immediate joining preferred
