The client seeks a hands-on senior Business Systems Analyst serving as a key link between Finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Finance and IT to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with finance and operations stakeholders.
- Develop functional designs and review technical designs prepared by IT.
- Coordinate UAT, including planning, test cases, defect tracking, and sign-off.
