Role Overview
A partner company is seeking a Financial Services Appointment Setter based in the United Arab Emirates.
The remote role supports a financial planning practice serving U.S.-based consumers.
The role generates qualified appointments and does not provide financial advice or close sales.
Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound calls using client-provided contact lists and approved calling systems.
- Follow financial-services scripts while keeping conversations professional, natural, and conversational.
- Ask prospects about their retirement account reviews and communicate approved reasons for a potential financial review.
- Identify prospects appropriate for consultation with a financial professional.
- Handle basic objections confidently and professionally.
- Schedule qualified prospects for Zoom consultations using Calendly.
- Record call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up details in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Maintain consistent activity during assigned two-hour calling blocks.
- Follow agreed service requirements, timelines, procedures, and deliverables.
Requirements
- Previous cold-calling and appointment-setting experience is required.
