Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, Index/Match, and data cleansing techniques.
• Experience analyzing data and clearly communicating insights and business recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A Plus: Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, data visualization, consulting projects, or client-facing work.

• Compensation
• The hourly rate for this position is $28.00 - $30.00, with pay determined based on your qualifications, experience, and location. This is a full-time internship, and you'll work 40 hours per week throughout the program.
