About the Role
The United Arab Emirates University is seeking a Financial Officer to manage purchase orders, budgets, and financial transactions for the Students Affairs department. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and experience in financial matters.

Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders, encumbrances, tenders & petty cash requests.
- Manage and process requests from Students Affairs organizations including hospitality, toners, stationery, gifts, conferences, travel, hotel services, overtime, and trainer payments.
- Manage Students Affairs Annual Contracts and process monthly invoices for food services, medical services, general assistants, sport services, and Symplicity contracts.
- Participate in budget implementation of Students Affairs and follow up on requests.
- Prepare, follow up, and close all financial transactions related to Students Affairs according to policies and procedures.
- Manage Ministry of Education invoices for Ethiopian and Eritrean students including monthly stipend, visa expenses, tickets, insurance, and residency visa.

Job Description
