We're looking for a Financial Controller to be the operational backbone of our finance function.

Reporting to the CFO, this newly created role is perfect for a first-time FC (or one with a few years under their belt) ready to bring their technical rigour to a fast-paced scale-up.

What you’ll do

• Own financial control and reporting across our AU, NZ and SE Asia entities
• Run end-to-end month-end/year-end close and prepare AASB-compliant financial statements
• Manage group consolidation, balance sheet integrity and audit-ready records
• Oversee tax compliance across jurisdictions with external advisors
• Own cash management, rolling forecasts and banking operations across APAC
• Manage inter-company cash movements and monitor FX exposure
• Build and maintain the Group's financial risk and internal controls framework
• Support budgeting, forecasting and Board reporting (CFO presents, you build the detail)
• Own and improve finance systems and processes as we scale
• Manage and mentor the offshore bookkeeping team
