Financial Controller

Professional qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, supported by strong academic credentials and degree-level education.

Typically three to four years of post-qualified experience, ideally combining Big Four or other leading audit-firm training with an in-house Group Finance, reporting or controllership role.

Practical experience of group consolidations, monthly close, financial controls and statutory or management reporting in a complex multi-entity organisation.

Strong IFRS knowledge and the ability to reach clear, commercially practical conclusions on complex or judgemental accounting matters.

Experience working independently within a multicultural, multi-location organisation, collaborating effectively across countries and time zones.

Strong project-management skills, attention to detail and the initiative to improve processes and provide direction to others.

Fluent English, excellent written communication and the ability to build trusted relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Strong Excel capability and experience with ERP, consolidation or performance-management systems.

Experience with D365 and Anaplan EPM.

Experience in gaming, digital, technology, retail, e-commerce or another fast-growing international business.
