Financial Control Manager - Delivery

Role Overview

Strategic Financial Advice

• Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations for business areas and long-term outcomes.
• Ensure budgets and plans reflect accurate financial implications and support sustainability.
• Provide financial business partnering input to change-program activities.

Corporate Financial Control

• Lead corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and provide insights for financial decisions.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting, liquidity needs, working capital, funding sources, and monitoring tools.
• Prepare financing activity reports for the Chief Financial Officer.

Project Financial Control

• Coordinate and follow up on financial aspects of projects to support acceptable execution.
• Maintain project accounting, financial reporting, budget control, and analytical accounting.
• Identify project financial risks and support mitigating actions.
• Advise project management on financial, fiscal, and contractual requirements.

Leadership and Governance

• Manage section objectives, performance, staff development, and talent initiatives.
• Manage sectional budgeting and monitor financial performance against approved guidelines.
• Implement policies, procedures, controls, and legislative requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement, sustainability, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure department reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, including 3 years in a managerial role.

Job-Specific Skills

• Knowledge of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is required.
• Excellent English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder, and people-management skills are required.
• Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and KSA and GCC professional environments is required.
