Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, journalism, political science, law, public policy, international relations, business, finance, accounting, or related field
- 7 10+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or finance/investor relations role
- Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, and/or investor relations
- Experience in the Saudi market – its media, Investor Relations and business landscapes
- Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic
- Outstanding leadership skills, especially in multicultural and interdisciplinary settings
- Experience offering senior client counsel across corporate reputational or market related topics
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent project management skills
- Client and team management skills

Role Overview
- Teneo is looking for a Senior Vice President to join its Strategy and Communications team in the Middle East.
- The role involves advising high profile clients on strategic communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates may come from agency or in house backgrounds and should ideally be based in KSA or have recent KSA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide investor and capital markets expertise, guiding clients in engagement with buy/sell side stakeholders and stock exchanges.
- Lead communications strategy development and deployment using research and insights.
- Oversee investor relations and financial communication strategy, including earnings announcements, investor presentations, Q&As, and media talking points.
- Manage account delivery, leading a team to deliver high quality client servicing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, seeking growth opportunities.
- Support new business development by building a network and leading proposals and pitches.
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in communications, journalism, political science, law, public policy, international relations, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
