About the Role
Collabera is looking for an Executive Finance & Accounts (Financial Analyst) to support core finance operations with a focus on MIS, GL schedules, bank coordination, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data across reports
- Support variance analysis and basic commentary for management reporting
- Prepare and maintain GL schedules, reconciliations, and supporting workings
- Assist in month end and period end closing activities
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trails for all financial schedules
- Coordinate with banks for statements, confirmations, and transaction related queries
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
- Liaise with internal teams for resolving banking and cash related discrepancies
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and explanations
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, SOPs, and reporting standards
Requirements
- CA Inter / CMA Inter, M. Com, or MBA (Finance)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or MIS roles
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and GL concepts
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Working knowledge of accounting systems / ERP (preferred)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness and flexibility to work in split/US shifts

Job Purpose
- The Financial Analyst Executive will support core finance operations with a strong focus on Management Information Systems (MIS), General Ledger (GL) schedules, bank coordination, and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Education

- Strong academic grounding in accounting and finance principles is mandatory.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or MIS roles.
- Prior exposure to US clients, US accounting, or US shift is a strong advantage.
