- Extensive experience in Mobile and Online Banking projects
- Strong requirements methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall)
- Expertise in user stories, use cases, and process maps
- Experience with large projects (CAD 2M+)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with APIs and third party vendor solutions

Overview

Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis for medium to large projects, guiding junior BAs.
- Execute requirements delivery: planning, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

Must Have Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience in Mobile and Online Banking projects (critical).
- Strong requirements methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall).
- Expertise in user stories, use cases, and process maps.
- Experience with large projects (CAD 2M+).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for large groups.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
