Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation aligned with Archer capabilities
- Support the configuration and implementation of Archer applications, including workflows, questionnaires, reporting, and data models
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Track, document, and support defect resolution throughout the testing lifecycle
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to validate requirements and ensure successful solution delivery
- Facilitate stakeholder reviews, business demonstrations, and obtain approvals for completed requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release activities
- Maintain project documentation including BRDs, Functional Specifications, data mappings, user guides, test plans, and test results
- Support reporting and dashboard development for risk, audit, compliance, and regulatory stakeholders
- Act as the primary liaison during UAT, providing clarification and support to business users throughout testing
Requirements
- 3 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with the Archer GRC platform
- Hands on experience with Archer Evolv
- Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience in Quality Assurance activities including test planning, test case development, test execution, SIT/UAT support, defect management

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Archer Business Analyst to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives on the Archer SaaS (Archer Evolv) platform.
- This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable, compliant Archer solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis expertise within the Archer platform, combined with hands on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and GRC processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.

Required Qualifications
- 3 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with the Archer GRC platform.
- Hands on experience with Archer Evolv.
- Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Experience in Quality Assurance activities including

- Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively drive business discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Archer use cases such as Operational Risk, IT Risk, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Audit Management.
- Familiarity with integrations including APIs, ETL processes, and data mapping.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including SOX, OSFI, ISO 27001, GDPR.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI PBA, Agile/Scrum Certification, Archer Certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise GRC transformation or large scale regulatory programs.
Project Overview
- This position is part of a large scale Archer IT Business Analyst program supporting multiple enterprise initiatives, including critical Resiliency Program projects.
- The team follows an integrated delivery model, working across approximately 7 8 concurrent projects.
- The Business Analyst partners closely with Product Owners who define business requirements, while the BA manages requirement validation, stakeholder approvals, solution demonstrations, testing activities, and UAT support.

- Cross functional team of approximately 15 members including Business Analysts, QA Analysts, and Configuration Specialists.

Compensation
- The expected base salary range for this position is CAD 70/Hr CAD 75/Hr, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
