- Provides training to co workers as needed, appropriately and effectively
- Works on multiple projects as required and balances priorities by taking ownership and planning tasks under direction of manager
- Communicates and presents effectively with management internally and externally
- Effectively documents work performed
- Maintains awareness of project status and anticipates potential roadblocks, communicating issues with manager
- Works effectively with numerical data and has thorough understanding of financial principles
- Utilizes critical and analytical thinking skills with general knowledge of software tools
- Performs other duties/projects as assigned to ensure smooth operation of department
- Demonstrates Advent Health core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork
- Meets deadlines for established goals in an accurate and efficient manner
- Provides support and assistance in developing and communicating actionable information at all levels

Requirements
- Ability to compile and analyze financial information on trended data for financial decision making
- Ability to work in a project oriented environment with people of various backgrounds
- Computer skills including e mail, word processing, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Complete understanding of double entry accounting and an operational understanding of routine accounting functions
- Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking, and comprehending English effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle a large number of tasks and projects at one time
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year experience in finance, accounting, or related field

Pay Range
- $49,718.59 $92,468.74
