Role Overview
Results-driven finance professional role focused on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and management decision support.
The role involves presenting complex financial information clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of subject matter knowledge.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field is required.
- Full professional or intermediate finance certification is expected, including ACA, CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification.
- At least four years of relevant experience in financial reporting, management information systems, or accounting is required.
- UAE experience with government, semi-government, or multinational organizations is preferred.
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting is required.
- Knowledge of IFRS and IPSAS, root cause analysis, and scenario analysis is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, analytical tools, and ERP systems experience is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required, while Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Use root cause and scenario analysis to identify issues and evaluate options.
- Manage financial data through Excel, analytical tools, and ERP systems.
- Interpret and communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Support financial reporting and operational efficiency improvements.
