Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
- Full professional or intermediate finance certification such as ACA, CMA, CPA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, MIS, and accounting.
- UAE experience with government, semi-government organizations, or multinational companies is preferred.
Professional Profile
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparing management reports and presentations.
- Solid understanding of international accounting standards, including IFRS and IPSAS.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical tools, with practical ERP experience.
- Ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
