About the Role
The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end financial and management reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial informa.

Responsibilities
- Record and post manual and system generated journal entries in SAP
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions, and adjusting entries
- Maintain proper mapping of transactions to GL accounts and cost centers
- Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including bank, AR/AP, inventory, payroll, and intercompany
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences on a timely basis
- Support monthly and year end closing activities
- Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period
- Review GL balances and identify abnormal movements
- Assist in preparing trial balance and financial reporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, SOCPA, and internal finance policies
Requirements
- Experience in financial reporting and month end closing
- Proficiency in SAP for journal entries and reconciliations
- Knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA standards
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Role Overview
- The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the end to end financial and management reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information to support decision making, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
- The role covers month end closing, financial reporting, financial statements, audit requirements, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Record and post manual and system generated journal entries in SAP.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation for accounting entries.
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, provisions, and adjusting entries.
- Maintain proper mapping of transactions to GL accounts and cost centers.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
- Reconcile bank, AR/AP control, inventory, payroll, and intercompany accounts.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences on a timely basis.
- Maintain reconciliation schedules with proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Support monthly and year end closing activities.
- Ensure transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period.
- Review GL balances and identify abnormal movements.
- Propose adjusting entries when required.
