Responsibilities
- Manage all day to day accounting and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and cash flow forecasts
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor budgets, operating expenses, and overall financial performance
- Work with production, merchandising, and retail teams to monitor inventory, production costs, and COGS
- Track supplier payments, purchase orders, and production related expenses
- Reconcile inventory movements across production, warehouse, and retail
- Process payroll and employee reimbursements
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Coordinate month end and year end closing processes and liaise with external auditors
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis by collection and product category
- Maintain accurate accounting records and improve financial processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, retail, or manufacturing
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, production costing, and retail operations
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, SAP, or similar).

- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
