About the Role

- Plan and manage merchandise assortments, ranges, and stock levels across collections and channels
- Analyze sales performance, sell through, and stock data to inform buying, pricing, and markdown decisions
- Build and manage seasonal buying plans and open to buy budgets
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for fabrics, trims, and materials
- Manage the end to end procurement cycle — purchase orders, pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Track material and inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock, coordinating closely with production
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure the best cost, quality, and reliability
- Monitor market and competitor trends to inform assortment and sourcing decisions
- Maintain accurate procurement and merchandising records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in fashion merchandising, buying, or procurement, ideally within womenswear or contemporary apparel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn sales and stock data into clear buying decisions
- Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, sourcing markets, and supplier negotiation
- Experience managing purchase orders, vendor relationships, and procurement budgets
- Advanced Excel skills; comfort with merchandising or planning software
- Excellent negotiation, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Relevant degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

The Role
- You'll sit at the intersection of buying, planning, and sourcing — translating design and sales insights into smart merchandising decisions, while securing the fabrics, trims, and materials that bring collections to life at the right cost and quality.
- This is a hands on, on site role for someone who's equally comfortable reading a sales report and negotiating with a supplier.
What You'll Do
