- Own the production process from sample development through bulk manufacturing, managing schedules and workflow across every stage
- Review samples and fittings, catching and resolving technical or quality issues early
- Track materials and trims, ensuring availability and quality across the production cycle
- Liaise with suppliers and factories to negotiate costs, lead times, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate, up to date production documentation
- Manage production budgets and costing with a close eye on efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements that raise quality and speed without adding waste
- Ensure every stage of production complies with company standards and policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in fashion production management — planning, workflow coordination, and vendor management
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fabrics, trims, and quality control
- Track record of managing timelines and budgets, including supplier negotiation and inventory oversight
- Comfort with production/planning software and strong Excel and documentation skills
- Sharp problem solving instincts and composure to handle a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across design, technical, and factory teams
- Industry experience in women's wear or contemporary apparel preferred
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Production, Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field preferred

Role Overview

- They are looking for a Fashion Production Manager to own the production process end to end and help scale without compromising on quality.
- This is a hands on, on site role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and loves the craft of garment making.
What You'll Do
