Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, and month end financial reports
- Monitor balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy
- Support payroll audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist with month end closing, asset reporting, and supervising the Accounts team in the absence of the Finance & Business Support Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Or three years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Must speak fluent English

Overview
- Looking for an opportunity that really adds up? We're looking for a detail oriented Financial Accountant with a strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls to help keep our finance operations running smoothly and accurately.
A little taste of your day to day
- Preparing and reviewing journals, reconciliations, and month end financial reports
- Monitoring balance sheet accounts, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable to ensure accuracy
- Supporting payroll audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Accounting or Finance
- Or three years of accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting
- Must speak fluent English
