Master Works is seeking a professional with 5 years of experience to support and enhance the Department Segment Hierarchy.
The role maintains financial hierarchy changes with IT support so the General Ledger segment hierarchy reflects the updated organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain changes in the General Ledger segment hierarchy with IT support to reflect the updated organizational structure.
- Collaborate with the HR Department to align the organizational hierarchy with the financial GL structure.
- Ensure department codes are accurately captured.
- Coordinate with the ERP support team to provide guidance and support creation and deployment of the new hierarchy.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience supporting and enhancing department segment hierarchies and related financial systems.
- Experience working with General Ledger segment hierarchies.
- Experience collaborating with HR and Finance teams to align organizational and financial structures.
- Experience ensuring department codes and related data are accurately captured.
- Experience coordinating with ERP support teams for system implementation and deployment.
- Strong understanding of organizational hierarchies and financial GL structures.
- Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Job Location
- The position is based at the client site in Riyadh.
