Finance Specialist working on a contract basis for one of the employer’s clients.
The role involves financial transaction processing, account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance support.
Location
- Remote work from anywhere.
Payout
- Compensation is $20–$40 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, expense reports, and other financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and statements under established guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards is necessary.
- Accounts payable and receivable experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
