Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive financial certification preparation programmes for introductory through advanced audiences.
- Translate complex finance, wealth, and investment standards into presentations, case studies, and practical exercises.
- Conduct interactive workshops and seminars in person and virtually.
- Monitor financial market developments, wealth management pronouncements, and interpretations.
- Update existing content and develop new modules based on current developments.
- Guide trainees, answer questions, and clarify difficult financial and investment concepts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluations, then refine methods and content.
- Work with project managers, finance departments, and other stakeholders to identify and tailor training needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional finance or accounting qualification, such as CISI, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
- Typically five or more years applying and interpreting financial frameworks, preferably including training or instructional work.
- Expertise designing and delivering training on complex financial and wealth management topics.
- Advanced knowledge of wealth management standards, financial instruments, interpretations, and practical application.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, public speaking, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to diverse learning styles, and give and receive constructive feedback.
- Meticulous attention to detail in financial concepts and training content.
- Strong written and oral Arabic and English, including the ability to deliver training entirely in Arabic.
