- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, providing regular stakeholder updates
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Implement financial solutions aligned with business needs and credit & collection best practices
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct post project reviews and capture lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years of project management experience in financial services, credit & collections, or related domains
- Proven track record of managing large scale financial projects
- Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, and financial operations

Job Overview
