Overview
Manufacturing Job Site seeks a Finance Project Lead to plan, coordinate, and execute financial projects. The role involves financial analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver process improvements, system implementations, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of finance-related projects, including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
- Analyze, design, and optimize organizational workflows to increase efficiency and improve productivity through project execution
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Drive stakeholder communication, preparing status updates and executive summaries
- Analyze financial data to support project objectives, business cases, ROI evaluations, and scenario modeling
- Prepare project-specific financial reports, dashboards, and insights
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of financial outputs
- Create detailed process maps, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures
- Support finance system upgrades and implementations (e.g., ERP, Dashboards, BI platforms)
- Collaborate with IT to ensure system solutions meet finance requirements
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders
