Role Overview
The Finance Process Automation and AI Intern helps identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance Finance processes.
The role supports process improvement initiatives, automation pilots, business analysis activities, and digital transformation efforts.
The intern works with Finance professionals and the AI Centre of Excellence.
Work Arrangement
- This is a full-time, four-month internship based at Vancity’s head office.
- The role has a hybrid work arrangement, with on-site attendance expected for events and business demands.
- The intern reports to the Director, Finance Initiatives.

- Identify routine or manual Finance processes that may benefit from automation or redesign.
