We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Partner to join our Group Accounting team based at Essendon Fields. Partnering closely with senior leaders across Human Resources, Property Management & Sustainability, and Corporate Services, you'll provide critical financial insights and analysis that support strategic decision-making and business performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad corporate portfolio while influencing investment decisions, budgeting outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with senior corporate leaders to provide financial and commercial advice that supports business objectives.
Deliver monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning activities.
Develop business cases and ROI models to support investment and operational decisions.
Manage HR recharge processes and monitor shared services expenditure against approved budgets.
Prepare and review journals, accruals, provisions and balance sheet reconciliations.
Support statutory reporting, audit requirements and finance process improvement initiatives.
You are an experienced accounting & finance professional who thrives in a business partnering environment and enjoys translating complex financial data into meaningful business insights. You bring a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder engagement capability and a passion for driving business performance.
CA or CPA qualification with tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or similar.
Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or a similar corporate finance role.
Strong capability in financial analysis, forecasting and business case evaluation.
