- Manage day to day financial transactions and accounting records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial documentation
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, or similar finance role is preferred
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

About the Role
- We're looking for a detail oriented and dependable Finance Officer to join our growing Finance team. In this role, you'll support daily financial operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulation

Qualifications

- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are encouraged to apply
