Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business profitability
- Develop and manage budgets while ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Manage tax planning, audits, and statutory reporting requirements
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and business growth
- Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, including leadership experience
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems is an advantage

About the Role
- We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead our finance operations and support the organization's financial growth.
- In this role, you'll oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow management while providing valuable financial insights to support business decisions.
- You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company's financial health and long term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business profitability
- Develop and manage budgets while ensuring cost control and financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Manage tax planning, audits, and statutory reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision making skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and business analysis
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Qualifications
