Responsibilities
- Own monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting across all entities.
- Oversee statutory compliance including Zakat, tax authority filings, and annual audit coordination.
- Manage multi currency accounting and support international expansion.
- Build and maintain monthly management reporting for CEO and senior team.
- Lead annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts.
- Manage cash position, banking relationships, and working capital.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to Commercial Director.
- Manage tax strategy and compliance across all entities.
- Own financial systems and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage and develop the existing Accountant and future finance hires.
Requirements
- Experience in financial reporting, accounting oversight, and FP&A.
- Knowledge of Saudi GAAP, IFRS, and tax compliance including Zakat and VAT.
- Experience with multi currency accounting and treasury management.
- Ability to manage a team and develop finance capabilities.
