- Develop project budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Review interim payment applications submitted by contractors and consultants
- Coordinate project finance drawdowns and utilization of facilities
Requirements

Job Overview
- Finance Manager responsible for overseeing financial management of real estate development projects from feasibility through completion.
