- Develop project budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Review interim payment applications submitted by contractors and consultants
- Coordinate project finance drawdowns and utilization of facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA qualification preferred
- 8–12 years of finance experience
- At least 3 years in UAE real estate development
- Strong experience in Project based Finance, Real Estate Development Accounting, Financial Modeling, Feasibility Studies, Escrow Management

Job Overview
- We are recruiting for Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing financial management of real estate development projects from feasibility assessment through project completion.

Key Requirements
