Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee financial management and reporting for the MENA Group.
The role provides the CEO with financial and business insights for decision-making.
The position combines financial control, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Group financial management and accounting activities and prepare monthly management accounts and reports.
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets, and financial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reporting and provide analysis for business and investment decisions.
- Support the CEO with financial modelling, scenarios, and business planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and consultants.
- Maintain controls, consolidate information across Group companies, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including Finance Manager or senior accounting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and a commercial understanding of business drivers.
- Experience with multiple entities is highly preferred, while UAE or MENA experience is an advantage.
- Technology, digital, software, AI, or startup experience is a strong plus.
- A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is an advantage.

The successful candidate is hands-on, analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
The role requires interpreting what is happening financially, why it is happening, its business meaning, and appropriate management action.
