Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee financial management and reporting for the MENA Group.
The role provides the CEO and management teams with clear financial and business insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance and accounting activities, monthly management accounts, financial reports, and Group-company consolidation.
- Monitor P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, budgets, working capital, and financial performance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, variance analysis, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Support business decisions through financial analysis, modelling, scenarios, and business planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisers, and external financial consultants.
- Maintain financial controls, identify risks and opportunities, and raise them with management.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, ideally including Finance Manager or senior accounting experience.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Strong financial statement, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, Excel, and financial modelling skills are required.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and able to understand business drivers and advise senior management.
- Experience with multiple entities, UAE or MENA markets, technology or startup environments, and a professional qualification is advantageous.
Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be hands-on, analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working directly with senior management.
