- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month end/year end closing processes
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, cost control, and margin improvement
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for proposed projects, capital expenditures, and investments
- Prepare detailed project financial models for investments, new products, or business expansion
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, including VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS/GAAP
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments to support business decisions

- Finance management experience
- Hindi language proficiency
- Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks (VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS/GAAP)
- Experience with ERP systems

Financial Management & Reporting
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and long term financial plans.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month end/year end closing processes.
- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis, cost control, and margin improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and optimize financial position.
Feasibility & Financial Modeling
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for proposed projects, capital expenditures, and investments.
- Analyze costs, revenues, cash flows, and ROI to assess project viability.
- Prepare detailed project financial models for investments, new products, or business expansion.
- Collaborate with project teams to incorporate operational, market, and technical assumptions.
- Analyze profitability, cash flow, and risk metrics to inform management decisions.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and long term financial forecasts.
- Utilize ERP tools, Excel, and specialized financial modeling software to automate and standardize feasibility assessments.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, including VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS/GAAP, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies to management.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team, setting objectives, KPIs, training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Collaborate with other departments (operations, commercial, supply chain, legal) to support business decisions, new investments, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.
- Lead or support ERP/financial system integrations or upgrades, driving automation and efficiency in financial processes.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic business decisions and resource allocation.
