Role Description
- The Finance Manager / Finance Director is responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial management to support organizational growth and long term sustainability.
- This role oversees financial operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides insights that guide executive decision making and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards to monitor financial health and operational efficiency.
- Financial strategy development, including capital allocation, cost management, cash flow optimization, and investment evaluation.
- Ensure effective risk management practices, including internal controls, financial governance, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead or support financial analysis for business initiatives such as expansion projects, investments, and operational improvements.
- Evaluate financial performance, identify opportunities for efficiency, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
