Role Description

  • The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees multi channel marketing initiatives and ensures alignment between digit

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing end to end digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Defining campaign goals, target audiences, messaging strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
  • Using data driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Managing content strategy, overseeing digital branding consistency, and coordinating with creative, product, and sales teams.
  • Managing marketing tools, analytics platforms, and advertising budgets.
  • Contributing to market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring.
  • Overseeing automation initiatives, customer journey optimization, and lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content strategy, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools, advertising platforms, marketing automation systems, and content management systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and make strategic, performance driven decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities in a fast paced environment.
