- Lead the organization's accounting operations and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting
- Oversee accounting processes, maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage general ledger, supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Oversee month end, quarter end, and year end closing processes
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Oversee budgeting support, expense monitoring, cash flow reporting, and variance analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities, prepare audit documentation, and address audit findings
- Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and senior management to resolve accounting issues

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, general ledger management, and month end closing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, spreadsheet applications, and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, audit processes, tax compliance, and financial governance
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Role Description
- The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the organization's accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- This role oversees accounting processes, maintains compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and supports financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the general ledger, supervising accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and overseeing month end, quarter end, and year end closing processes.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, management reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Overseeing budgeting support, expense monitoring, cash flow reporting, and variance analysis.
