Job Overview
- We are a startup healthcare organization seeking an experienced Finance Manager to manage end to end finance operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial support to management.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands on accounting experience in the UAE, preferably within the healthcare industry, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely month end and year end closing
- Prepare cash flow statements and working capital reports
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures
- Track actual vs budget performance and report variances
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and internal controls
- Handle Corporate tax, VAT filings and reconciliations
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Ensure proper financial documentation and record keeping
Requirements
- Preferably with UAE experience within Healthcare or FMCG
- Can join immediately
