Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer oriented Clinic Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong background in sales and patient relations.
  • The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate patient appointments, promote breast screening services, and support business growth through excellent customer service and strong sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow ups.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Clearly explain breast screening services and procedures to patients.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Handle patient concerns professionally and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in clinic coordination, healthcare customer service, or sales.
  • Strong experience in sales, patient conversion, or customer engagement is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using clinic management systems or CRM software preferred.
  • Professional appearance with a strong customer focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced healthcare environment.
