Position Overview

  • Seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager for a commercial real estate company in Dubai.
  • Manage day to day accounting operations, oversee property and building operations, and ensure contract and compliance management.

Property, Building & Expense Tracking

  • Track and record all incoming rental payments from tenants.
  • Ensure rental cheques are collected, scanned, and deposited timely.
  • Maintain unit wise expense tracking for accurate cost allocation.
  • Oversee building related expenditures and identify variances.
  • Initiate, review, and issue company Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Monitor, reconcile, and track petty cash disbursements.

Contract & Compliance Management

  • Track and manage operational and vendor contracts.
  • Maintain up to date KYC files for contractors.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendor billing queries.

Brokerage & Billing Operations

  • Draft and issue invoices for broker commissions and track payments.
  • Handle day to day journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, expense analysis, and audit preparation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA strongly preferred.
  • CMA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 15–18 years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in UAE property management.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or property management platforms.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE tax regulations including VAT.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
